*** CHARITY EVENT***

The basis of all my workshops is to teach ways that controlled breathing and neuroscience can enhance and transform our lives… no matter where we find ourselves in our life right now, we can change our life by change our mind.
My moto is “When we know better, we do better”
This workshop is very interactive and will use goalsetting techniques, creative visualisation, NLP, Havening and dynamic meditation to teach you how to create, go after and manifest goals. Everyone will leave with several very powerful breathing and goal setting tools so we can start being defined by a vision of the future instead of the memories of the past.
We will be learning simple breath work techniques to regulate the autonomic nervous system (The fight / flight stress response), including deep abdominal breathing, self-induced relaxation and HeartMaths heart Coherence technique. We will also introduce performance coaching and goal setting techniques like the wheel of life, planning wheels, and be – do – have lists.
Neuroscience tells us that the brain does not know the difference between an event we experience in the outer world or a thought we create in our inner world, to the mind both are the same. This is the scientific basis behind mental rehearsal also known as visualisation or the law of attraction.
To create pathways in our brain to enhance neuroplasticity we will use performance coaching and goalsetting techniques to create and write goals and learn how to manifest goals using mental rehearsal and dynamic meditation.
We all have goals. To be a better partner, better parent, build a business, advance in our career, create a better home environment, go more holidays. The list is endless, however a goal in your head is only an idea, a goal committed to paper becomes a dream with a deadline.
This workshop has proved very popular. It’s a great way to refresh your goal setting, learn how to and meditate in a very energetic and friendly group setting as well as learn how to visualise and mentally rehearse during deep meditative states so as to active our RAS, (the part of our mind that operates a s filter) and thereby ensure your senses are highly tuned to anything that can take you one step closer to your goals.
When we manage stress, we achieve our goals quicker, but also produce optimum performance in our relationships, work life and sporting performances.
