DYNAMIC MEDITATION & GOAL SETTING WORKSHOP

The basis of all my workshops is to exploring ways that meditation can enhance and transform our lives… no matter where we find ourselves right now, we can change our lives by change our minds.
This will be a very practical workshop with a number of exercise everyone will be guided through including deep abdominal breathing, self-induced relaxation and HeartMaths heart Coherence technique. There will also be two guided meditations.
This workshop is very interactive and will use goalsetting techniques to create the ideal version of ourselves, and learn how to manifest your ideal self using mental rehearsal and dynamic meditation. Its time to become defined by a vision of the future instead of the memories of the past.
As well as learning simple breath work techniques to regulate the autonomic nervous system (The fight or flight response), we will also use a combination of NLP, Stress management and meditative techniques that when consistently practised will build much more resilience to the stresses of everyday living and allow us to become the best version of ourselves.
When we manage stress we achieve our goals quicker but also produce optimum performance in our relationships, work life and sporting performances.
